Pre-convention applications for Creators Alley are now closed. However, we have some tables free, especially on Wednesday and Thursday. If you’re an attending member of the convention and would like to take a table, please ask at the Art Show desk.
Calling all sketch artists, costume makers, game designers, jewelers, self-published authors, and other makers of things – Worldcon 75 is selling table space in Creators Alley. These are paid-for tables, available for shorter blocks of time than the Dealer’s Room tables. Use the space to sell your work, run demonstrations, or just meet like-minded people.
We are looking forward to seeing the highest quality and best selection of Creators at Worldcon 75. We will review each application carefully. When reviewing applications we will take into consideration the quality of the products, their appeal to an audience of Science Fiction and Fantasy fans, and a diverse cross section of works.
We encourage you to send us a portfolio that includes best of your work, be it art, goods or writing samples. Or you can choose to send us photographs of previous table setups. Free feel to also tell us what kind of art and products you are planning to bring to convention and why you should be chosen for Worldcon 75 Creators Alley.
Creators Alley will be in the same Hall as the Trade Hall, which is open to the public. You will have access to the same loading bay as the Dealers. Time slots are for one table for a minimum of one day.
Creators Alley pricing per day is as follows:
Wed | Thu | Fri | Sat | Sun | |
With W75 membership | €5 | €10 | €10 | €25 | €15 |
Without W75 membership | €25 | €30 | €30 | €45 | €35 |
You can buy extra Creators Alley passes for non-members (for instance, so that you can have a friend who is not a Worldcon 75 member help you with your stand) for €20 each for the whole weekend.
If you want a table for the whole week, and you have never been to a Worldcon before, then you will find it is slightly cheaper to buy a First Worldcon membership and pay members rates for the Creators Alley, than to pay the non-member Creators Alley prices. We hope you will take this opportunity to see all the other exciting things that a Worldcon has to offer! See the membership page for more details.
We will also be running a staffed stall where for a small fee you can leave small quantities of mass-market format items for sale, e.g. books and CDs. You do not need to sign up for a Creators Alley space if you only wish to sell through this stall. Prices will be announced nearer the time; if you wish to register your interest, please email exhibits@worldcon.fi.
