Independent Author/Musician/Film-Maker Table
If you are an author and you are interested in bringing a small stock of books to the convention, we will be running a shared book sale table at the convention where you can leave your books for sale. We will also accept your work in other mass-media-format works, for instance CDs or DVDs.
We charge 50 euro cents per copy, for a maximum of 200 copies, and you can either pay us at the convention or we can charge you beforehand, depending on whether you know yet how many copies you will be bringing. We ask that you send or bring us a list of the titles and number of copies of each so that we can keep track of sales.
You must be a convention member in order to take advantage of this arrangement, and you (or a named representative) must be available to take your items away, preferably on the Sunday of the convention. Please email us at exhibits@worldcon.fi to reserve your spot.
We may also be able to accommodate very small presses; please contact us to discuss.
