If you are a vendor, creator, or artist attending Worldcon 75 and you would like to ship your stock or work to Worldcon 75 in advance, you have several options.
Preferred Shippers
We are partnering with CHS for shipping; they can transport and (if necessary) store your stock/artworks and deliver to Messukeskus. They can also ship your remaining stock back to you after the convention.

Ship Directly to Messukeskus
If you would prefer to use a different firm, you may also ship directly to Messukeskus. Worldcon 75 can accept packages directly on Tuesday 8th August, 7:00–19:00, and Wednesday 9th August, 7:00–11:00. If you are shipping directly to Messukeskus for these dates please inform exhibits@worldcon.fi so that your delivery can be booked into our set-up schedule. If you prefer to send your stock/artwork earlier in advance, then Niemi at Messukeskus can store and deliver it (for a charge) – see https://www.niemi.fi/yritys/toimipisteet/niemi_pasila_messukeskus.
