We’re delighted to say that we have a programme of nearly 40 Kaffeeklatsches (see the programme schedule and then filter by item type ‘Kaffeeklatsch’). These events are a great opportunity to meet and talk to our Guests of Honour and many others. Space is limited, so you will need to sign up in advance at the Info Desk in the Main Lobby. On any day, you can sign up for Kaffeeklatsches happening that day. After 16:00, you can also sign up for Kaffeeklatsches happening the following morning.
The Kaffeeklatsches are held on the 10th floor of the Holiday Inn next to Messukeskus. However, there is no general access to the 10th floor. If you’ve booked into a Kaffeeklatscch, go to the lobby outside the lifts on the 9th floor shortly before the start time, and a member of convention staff will collect you from there.
